All sub floors are inspected on measure to confirm if any prep work is required ahead of fitting. We always recommend your sub floor is fully flush to ensure the best Finnish. Sub floor preparation is extremely important, you must ensure your concrete or wood surface is clean, dry, level, and smooth, if this isn’t done your new flooring will not fit correctly and all warranties will be void. We recommend any areas with running water i.e. – kitchen, bathroom, utility room or garage are fitted with LVT. With LVT being a fully waterproof material it is the best value for your money. LVT is a very resilient product, its hard wearing, waterproof and provides excellent grip and slip resistance.
yes, our fitters will help with the move of large items such as beds, sofas etc. all small personal or breakable items must be moved out of the areas to ensure its as clear as possible for the fitters attending. Our fitters will not touch any personal belongings, if these items have not been cleared ahead, your fitting date will be rescheduled. For the move of larger items their will be a small charge, for more details on pricing for moving furniture please contact a member of our team.
