We are absolutely delighted with our new herringbone flooring supplier and fitted by Step-by-step Flooring. From our first visit to their showroom with Megan and Dave, to the measurement visit by boss Sean, to the installation by Raymond and Jay; the whole experience has been seamless. The finish on the herringbone flooring provided by the installers is faultless and they were meticulously clean and tidy. The guys hadn’t been gone an hour and Sean and Dave came for a follow up visit to make sure we were nothing but delighted with the finished product.

From the very start the staff were lovely , we went in to unit at first to have a look and the whole process was easy and comfortable, answered every single question you could imagine. The estimations and quotation which is done at home to ensure you are picking exactly what you need for your home as it could be different from inside the unit was great. All prices broken down so you know exactly what you are paying for is ideal and made the choice very easy to go with this company. The efficiency and delivery as well as work carried out was spot on. There is no faffing and no rushing just good workmanship. Check ins and follow ups during and after was a nice touch too.
